Whenever I cook chicken I make sure to remove the skin from it. I tug and pull it right off. It's not always easy, sometimes I have to wrap that skin around my fingers to get a good grip. Ugh I know , for those of you who think thats gross maybe I should tell you about mustard poop. ok, maybe next time
