Okay. I think I'm packed.

My personal gear is about 70 pounds, but doesn't include all the water I'll need.

My medical gear is another 80 or so.

My technical rescue gear is another 60 or so.

Now we hurry up and wait and see.

Its still a big 50/50 if I"m going or not. I wanted to be on the first team, but they made me in charge of the second, which we'll have a longer term, medical care based focus, if they decide for us to go. Its not paid, and I'll be missing school. . . so... who knows.
