Watchmen

Yesterday a large group of us went to see Watchmen in a quite unusual theater.

Hollywood Blvd is an interesting venue, not entirely dissimilar to the Vic theater's Brew & View, though a bit more expensive. Ok, maybe it's more like the Brew & View always wanted to be when it grew up, because there was a menu which included real food, and ( Read more... )

I saw an odd review, I belive in the Trib, that claimed Rorschach represented the "morality of the movie".

God help us all.

That was just an imprecise use of the word "morality." If you define it as "virtuous conduct or character," then the slightly cleaned up movie Rorschach might certainly apply, if only in a loose sense. If you define it as "conformity to commonly held rules of right conduct" then you are out of luck in a plethora of ways.
