If I want to write, besides *forcing* myself too, the next best thing is too get away from home and Ukiah. I think I've tainted my environment; made the quality of life there toxic to me and others. A two hour drive to the the kids in Sacramento away from the muddymuck and mire I've created of my life; and I'm almost fine.

this is the first time (and comment left) i've been to lj this year, i think. i'm over on facebook more now.

i hope your holidays were wonderful, same for you and your family, and here we are in the last week of a decade.

i just turned 54, and oh guess what - m (my ex) reconciled and were re-married july 29th!!! i am a very happy retread newlywed! this was our first christmas together as firsts since 1975!

Well, if it's the first time in a year, yes, you missed my 56th birthday on January 13 (2009). I titled that post in a looking forward, post Christmas, state of mind.

Congrats on "renewing" your vows! You never spoke disparagingly about M, at least not very convincingly. I hope DD (darling daughter) is well also.
