Rodney and Radek finishing each other's sentences is adorable. Sometimes I get so focused on John and Rodney's interaction that I forget how much fun it is to listen to Rodney and Radek pick up each other's thoughts and trade science goobleygook back and forth.
And yay for Radek for insisting on finishing the repairs even though he's injured and semi-floating in space. Yeah, bleeding a little and going into shock isn't that important compared to saving Atlantis. Go Radek! *glomps him*
Speaking of glomping, Ronon totally sneaked up on me and melted my heart when he thanked Elizabeth for letting him stay. Awww. Atlantis is home now. *glomps him too*
So Rodney said okay when John asserted his leadership but totally went against John's wishes when it came to Elizabeth. It wasn't lip service exactly, Rodney was just determined to save the day. Maybe it was because he failed to save the three Marines earlier in the ep and he was damned if he didn't save Elizabeth who was more important to him.
John looked like he was going to cry after he decided to let Elizabeth go. At first I thought it wasn't like John to leave someone in that state but it showed how he had grown as a leader, how he thought of about the good of the many, instead of the one. In that situation, Rodney was more like the old John who took risks to save or help someone.
Oh, nice tie-in with The Tao of Rodney. Fingersnapping, yay! I missed that.
Rodney holding his ground and saying no to John and John being extremely pissed off at Rodney was HOT. I didn't think a massive blow up like that would be so incredibly hot. Asdwjqkjef! And Rodney apologized afterwards. I liked the character growth (or changes) shown in this ep.
