Ok, so Michael Moore gave out ramen noodles and underwear. When the Bush twins came, not only did you have to be a card carrying Republican, you had to sign a pact promising to vote for Dubya, and if that isn't soliciting votes, I don't know what is. Even though you don't actually have to vote for him when you get in the booth, if you break a promise to the GOP you go to Republican hell, and we all know that's worse than regular hell. It's full of homosexuals, abortionists, feminists, and single mothers. oh the horror, the horror.
