I'm assuming you mean poly, tho I don't know if I'd quite include that in "sexuality." My first longterm relationship (when I was 19-20) exploded spectacularly and painfully when I fell for my boyfriend's best friend.
And so it continued, for years and years.
Til I finally found something online I could hardly believe....
Lo and behold, there were people out there who did this on purpose!!!
It still took me a year or three to actually own the label of "poly." My heart knew how to do it for many many years, the rest of me is slowly learning how to implement it in my life, as you've no doubt noticed.
