Being on vacation in sunny Florida has been good. Good food, good company, good times. The only big deal is the future. Xander's dogs got in a fight Saturday, and she got some serious injuries on her hand. It's limited her ability to work on art for a while, and since she has limited use of her hand, several activities planned for the week are

The reason you didn't meet any of the locals is because Xander broke contact and blocked 90% of them after our breakup. I'm not sure why, since I wasn't hanging out with them until after she left.

The local scene isn't bad at all. It's calmed down a LOT from when I first joined. We have responsible parties with little to no drinking, drugs, etc. Good, clean, wholesome fun.

Sorry you didn't contact me while you were down here. We could have gone out and done something after work (7-5 every day for me).

How long do you plan to stay? I'd love to plan a weekend of fishing or something! I can't do any rifle/pistol work for a while, but there's plenty of other pleasures to be had in Florida.
