I'm leaving you a comment in the hopes that you'll update your LiveJournal more. :-)
I haven't read "The Martian Child", but it is on my list. I've watched the movie...it was just "okay." (Brian and I like leaving you Netflix notes!)
I just finished a book called "The Gargoyle" by Andrew Davidson. It is his debut novel and it is AMAZING. It is about a romantic relationship between a burn victim and a schizophrenic...but does she really have a mental illness after all?! Two thumbs up!

Yay! Thanks for cheering me on. :-)
Sounds like an interesting book; I have STACKS to catch up on. I figure I don't really need (though I probably will) to buy new books for quite a while. Heh...we'll see how that goes.
We should swap books next time we see each other...
A new post should be coming within a week or two about this Alison Weir book I'm reading about Lady Jane Grey. School just started up, so I don't have as much time to read. But I am going to keep it up! :-)
