Three things.

1) holy shit, that looks like it hurts! I always thought scooters were safe, thanks for instilling fear in my heart. Thank goddess you're ok.

2) Do you have to pay for the ride to the hospital and shit? I don't know where you live, but can you get public assitance for your medical bills?

3) in that before picture you look so much like my man that I had to do a double take.
