Here are some things to consider:
Guys,if you decide to be OOC for a month,please,please don't complain when the story progresses along without you and it becomes difficult to write yourself in. RP is about being creative,and there isn't really a limit to how you can write yourself in (but barging in without bothering to read through previous actions comes with grave consequences).

It's an RP not a personal chat box (and I know I've probably done this a billion times) but when you see that a conversation has boiled down to just you and one other person (especially when it's an IRL matter or something that other people have no opinion in) MOVE IT TO PM. Don't try to drag people into it either.
...And when someone asks you to do this,don't ignore them and keep going and don't argue,just do it.
