I am taking part in the Cancer Research Race for life this year in Cannon Park, Edgbaston on Thursday 26th June with the race starting at 19:30
I officially started my training for it last night when I joined the Virgin Active Gym and then swam for 35 mins as a gentle break in to the training.

I daresay the training will help loads with the weight loss. I joined a great website a year or so ago. It's calorie and fat counting in a really easy to use format and I lost 2 stone on it.
