Tomorrow is my birthday.   My 25th birthday.

I've never really liked my birthday - I always seem to feel really stressed out by it and it never seems to live up to my expectations, always generally turning out to be like a 'normal' day.  I am not really sure what I expect it to be like but I always feel let down by my own expectations.

I'm not a big fan of birthdays either. Mine's on Boxing day and is always a bit of a non-event.

It was my 25th last year and it is scary when you stop and think about it. How can somebody that likes faeries and Thundercats, be a grown up and deal with grown up stuff?

I've just resigned myself to the fact that my birthday is really just another day and each birthday I'm only a day older than I was the day before and it really doesn't make much difference.

I hope you're feeling a bit better about things soon.

Thank you - the day actually wasnt as bad as I was expecting and I had a lovely meal out in the evening.

How's things for you? Have you exchanged yet? Still due for completeion on Friday? I bet you are really excited !!! :)

Ugh, exchange. My solicitor and I are at the end of our tether. We were hoping to complete last week but the solicitors on the other side have been dithering over redemption figures that they need.

They have them now but the solicitor is now out of the office for the day so exchange should definitely be tomorrow now ready for completion on Friday.

Virgin Media have been brilliant though after the pain I had trying to set things up with BT. They're delivering all the gear on Monday so I'll only be without internet/tv/phone for a couple of days.

Waffling now.....
