I'm around
I'm rounder than I used to be these days, or so my jeans want to tell me. I have restarted my walking program, and the girl is helping me be consistent about taking a good breakfast and bringing a healthful lunch to work each day. Still need to find a Weight Watchers meeting here in the city.
Anyway, there's good stuff going on, and I keep wanting to write it down. Sometimes I find myself mentally composing an LJ entry while at work, but by time I get home, I hardly feel I have the time to sit down and write. Still, I commit to doing so at some point this week, so I can feel at least a little caught up in this little corner of the 'net.
