This is a call to my parents for dryer sheets... why doesn't Germany have dryer sheets? I don't even have a thing for dryer sheets it's just that the clothes don't smell fresh out of the dryer... they no longer smell dirty, but the cheap detergent we use is not scented and the water is... not BC water ( Read more... )

Would you like me to send you some dryer sheets? Seriously? You're in the EU, so they'd only take a few days to get there from England.

Hi Boo....
Looking across the lake to the lights of Switzerland. Sounds great. Tash and Chris moved on Sunday too...lots of movement on the weekend. Nina as well. Place looks a little empty right now. Oh well I'll have to get some stuff.
Glad you're content. Remember "Uncle Vic". Tash works for his son in law....well his grand kid Amy Heuskin is at the same school you're at. She's from Cultus Lake. Anyhow..must run. Was up last night helping the police get a "high" kid out of the washroom at the Chevron. He trashed the bathroom. Fun stuff.
Take care and enjoy...."there is no security on this earth, only opportunity.." Glad you took your opportunity.

Some of the lectures are just awful and you walk away feeling like rubbish, but some are so good they have you near tears.
There's a guy speaking on child evangelism right now and it's agonizingly uninteresting to me.

I'm making friends and learning names.. still learning. Everyone's so dang nice and honest, it's bizarre...

Hey Boo!
I was going to phone you today on my day off, but I had a last minute job interview, and then went to visit Denise for the afternoon. She's doing ok, but is definitely getting weaker.
Anyway - I bought a phone card and will try calling you on Friday at noon my time (if I don't get called to another interview then), which should be 9PM your time, right?
Aren't you glad we packed a little medicine kit? I hope your cold is all better! Am looking forward to talking to you.
love, Mom
