Ah wow, I love how you give hints to fractures starting widen between Peter and everyone else, especially centering around Siriu's teasing.

I'm a huge Peter/Remus fan and since my art normally gets a rather surprised/negative response I'm very ecstatic to see a relationship between these two play apart in your fics. I think most people would ahve him pining for James.

I know you can't do this because of the muse thing and all, but I wish I knew what the heck was going through Remus's head!
It's seems nearly as cruel as what Sirius does, though in a different, and perhaps less intentional manner.

Anyway, you've played the relationship very well in other fics, and your characterization for Peter is always excellent. ^__^

Thank you very much! Yes, I wanted to give Peter a slightly different relationship with each of his friends, that hopefully builds up slowly to explain how I see them. So James is his hero (too untouchable even for him to fantasise about, as far as the pining for him goes, but there is a definite crush there), Sirius is the one he's slightly afraid of because his teasing has that cruel streak, and Remus is the one he consciously thinks of least or can't be bothered to impress to start with, even though (or maybe because) he could understand him best.

While I can't give Remus' thoughts as such, some of the scenarios I'm waiting for an excuse to write will shed some light on them, I promise :-) But you're right, there is still an element of cruelty there, and Remus isn't much better than Sirius, just different.

I'm glad you have enjoyed these so far :-) And - you do Peter/Remus art?! Linky, please? *pants in anticipation* I can promise ecstatically happy reactions here!
