Plans for today: get through work. Get an excersize done. Drink lots of water. Go on hike. Lose weight somehow.
Survive.
Sleep.
Get the day over and done with.

I hope your day was ok. I had subway and a bowl of progesso soup today, about 500 total. Good luck.

Thanks, but no it didn't go so great. A bunch of stuff happened throughout the day and I think thdays what threw me off.
Hopefully today goes much much better.
