My first sketchbook certainly didn't look like that. After that, though, they started trending towards this. Really, though, it's just me being a total nut case who can't leave anything be.

And yes, jessica abel and matt madden. Other ones have paul hornschemeier and nate powell.

My notebooks are all totally scratchy and full of unfinished crap and lots of notes and lists. Crazy that yours are all finished and clean. My final stuff is always always computer-based, so...

Mine have more scratchy stuff in the backs of them (at least, lately). But, yeah... I do most of my work like this, then scan it and touch it up on the computer. I mean, sometimes I scan things and color and the like. But when it comes down to it, they're not really "sketch" books.
