haha, actually, i'm not even nineteen yet (8 days!) today is another special day, marking twenty months (officially) that scott and i have been together.
another friend of mine, who has known me for years, thought the same thing- that i suddenly turned older than him (he is almost 20 now)... haha.
oh they're still wild, but i think i'm ok with it? like.. it takes a few days to get over that initial shock, because for better or worse you (or at least i did) go into this situation thinking maybe i'll get a really good friend out of this, and then when it's not perfect, it stinks. but who knows. i'm not writing them off, they can each be very nice. at nights i've been finding things to do which make me feel much better. it does come down to getting involved like everyone says, but it takes some time (for some people, like me) to remember that.
