happy thanksgiving

i really liked today's storypeople story of the day.

family dinner tonight.
the snow is weird right now.

there is a wall street journalist who is blaming problems with the newest generation in the workforce (20s--aka "millenials") on mister rogers.
boo.

also- to everyone who has a car or cares about gas prices- don't use mapquest's gas price thing. so horribly wrong. and gas is already expensive enough (stupid oil price rising...)

my french classes are filled with a bunch of juniors and seniors, some of whom really know a lot about..everything. there is one kid, i'll call him mr philosophy, who is...a senior? and has that air of i've studied plato and i know where it's at about him. he's pretty smart, and he picks up on a lot in each text we've read in class. i don't look up ( Read more... )

it rained and rained again yesterday, it was wonderful. i needed a little jolt- i went outside to take pictures and i got wonderfully soaked really quickly, and i loved it. and i have things that i need. and i have really wonderful people in my life. i felt so much less alone last night. thank you.
