Ooh, this was twisted. I loved how there was only one line of dialogue at the end. I think it made the whole thing substantially creepier, definitely. There were some wonderful (admittedly gory) images in there too, particularly things like withered fingers scrabbling at blood-stained soil. Just beautiful, in a horrifying sort of way.

I very much enjoyed this story. I was reading and wondering if it was maybe a Voldemort!wins scenario but it had this completely different feel to it and you answered my question by the end.

I love how you structured the story. How it's separated in 7 days (which ties up nicely with the quote). It gives it this nice sense of time to the story.

I love the dark angst of this, the powerful descriptive narrative and the cold aloofness yet power Voldemort exudes over Harry... The impact of the seven days is all-powerful, as is Voldemort; the final three lines are perfect, the detail and commentary on his words spoken reinforcing a chilling future awaiting any survivors--so effective--no mercy, very true to the Dark Lord!:-)xxx
