Yo Yo YO! Man, it's been a week in Philly already. Crazy to think that last summer I spent 3 weeks here and it went by so fast, and this week seems to have just lingered like a winter shade. I'll tell you one thing, I feel like I've been away a lot longer than 2 weeks. I feel like it should be late July already. It's weird

you are wonderful, i wish we could spend hours talking about our travels and showing each other pictures and sharing our love-letter postcard collections and sipping wine. enjoy new york with all your heart. i know you will.

this one time up here in portland we were having this amazing night and everyone was dancing and singing and loving and one of my friends came up to me and started saying "life! life!!! LIFE!!!" over and over and then i started and we just kept going until we were really loud and holding hands and so happy and it was pretty amazing and nobody even stopped to say what the heck because they knew it was true.

p.s. my birthday is 10 days before the apocolypse. thanks a lot, 2012!

I wonder how Julia feels about this.

i love love love fireflies. In michigan they're everywhere and we catch them and bring them inside my cousins huge wooden house. we turn the lights out and its so beautiful. I cant believe how much stuff you've done...you're a lucky gal.
