I'm desperately in need of another beach holiday. Either I'm worked to the bones 'ere or bored to death. No sort of balance to it all, an' it's rather frustrating.

Toby's been an absolute dear, gettin' me all the customers I've 'ad these last few days. I'm so grateful for him. I gather, if I did 'ave a son, 'e woulda been just like Toby
