Is it weird for Tonks, to know that other people know her future?
And tell me why you choose to play Tonks from the point you do! This isn't a judgey question I am just always curious when people pick earlier canonpoints than "the most recent".
She's not quite comfortable but she's not uncomfortable either. Tonks doesn't want to know. She's of the opinion that in this case ignorance is bliss. It's not to say that she's not curious, she is, but she has this feeling that she would regret it if she asked

BUT YEAH I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT. She definitely is the most fun in OotP.
I hated that Tonks' depression was for a dude, particularly since I had a Polyjuice Potion theory that was obvs right off the mark. and I was really pissed that she died offscreen. actually, I dislike DH enough that if I RPed from Potter, I'd ignore it too. /fistbumps

That's how a couple of people were. Just one example...
I was in this game that at the time was both in AOL/AIM chats and supplemented with LJ. It was AU in that there was no magic so Tonks was an MI5 agent. Remus, instead of having lycanthropy, was HIV positive. Tonks barely had any CR with them except for an owl post and one one bit in a group scene. That was it!
Prior to HBP's release, the mods state that they are going to update the game to reflect the book. They were going to kill those that had died and so forth.
The day HBP came out, the player IMs me. "I guess you know now that Lupin ends up with Tonks. Just so you know, that's not going to happen here." Blah blah blah.
I hadn't even read the book properly yet, thanks! (But I had been spoiled.)
I still dislike it. What was your theory?
I was upset that she died offscreen too. TBH, I have moments where I'm completely inconsolable. Beteween her and Donna Noble, sometimes I'm just a mess!
as it has been some time since i read the books: at her current canon point, how does she feel about lupin? how is she going to feel if she finds out she married (marries?) him!
It's just a slight crush for her ATM. Which is not out of the ordinary for her at all.
If she finds out, she's going to be like 'Oh. Well..' She's going to find it unfair, uncomfortable and not really sure what else to think. That may be the person she becomes but it's not who she is now.
