Why?: I never realized how hard it is to create a vampire-inspired culunary theme. This month's RBC selection revolves a bit around vampires and we usually try to theme our meetings with the book selection. This is a lot harder than I would have expected, but thanks to Yahoo! Word of the Day: Authentic Turkish
Why?: Will and I discovered a very cool Turkish restaurant while driving around semi-lost in the rain Thursday night. It was authentic right down to the belly dancer, the hookas everywhere and the pillow/floor seating. Very good food as well. Deserves a re-visit.

Why?: The Chicago School has done it again. Just when you think you've registered for a class with a professor who comes highly recommended, he gets replaced. Replaced by another professor who just happens to be unavailable the first night of class. That is just high class and high quality. Ugh. 2 more semesters.
