If you know me well, you know I don't cook. (For many years my oven was held together by a bungee cord.) Until 2020, I ate virtually all of my meals in restaurants. Anthony Trollope being just about the perfect author to read in a time like this, and "The Way We Live Now" being one of the dwindling number of Trollope novels I've not yet read, I've started reading it...and therefore, about 14% of the way in, stumbled upon the following distinctly un-Trollopean snippet of dialogue;

I am ready (at least on a trial basis) to ditch Windows for Unix. My question is: Which Unix do I want? Mint? Ubuntu? Something else?

In case it's relevant:

• I am accustomed to using command windows pretty much all the time, both when on my own Windows machine and when I am ssh'd to a Unix shell account elsewhere. I like command windows.

from Bluehost. Now they have completely revamped their support system,
and apparently fired everyone competent.
