Though it takes me a few days to comment.
Honestly nobody is perfect and you're only human. But with that there are things you can change in your life to help ease some of the stress that can build.
One that stands out is that you're still with your parents, but whatever. I know you are just venting. So I won't say too much.
Just look at the root of things, the problem with that is if you find the root it always leads to you. Understand that and you'll be a happy person all the time.
