Hallow's End 2015 has begun! (October 18 - November 1)
It's that time of year again... Hallow's End 2015 has begun!
There's a bunch of new stuff this year! Wowhead has a great guide here, but here are some highlights:
* New daily quests: Level 100s can pick up these quests in your garrison (may require a level 3 garrison - not positive!). There are four quests and you will get 5 Spooky Supplies from finishing them. They all take place in SMV in a pretty small area.
* ilvl 670 rings drop from Headless Horseman this year, and lucky people can get a Headles Horseman mount or Headless Horseman hat (plate only).
* New pets: Ghastly Rat, Ghost Maggot, and Spectral Spinner! Spend Spooky Supplies on the Creepy Crawlers and these pets will spawn in your garrison. Friends can visit your garrison to battle them, too! Not sure how long this lasts... I bought it today, so I will update tomorrow on whether it's still active or if I need to buy another one.
* New toys: Sack of Spectral Spiders and Coin of Many Faces. Coin of Many Faces drops from the mobs from the new daily quests in the garrison and the Sack of Spectral Spiders is a drop from the rare spider that spawns when you use the Creepy Crawlers decoration in your garrison. The one I summoned today spawned between my tower and mine.
* New player disguise: Deathwing. Arthas from last year is still available as well. They cost Tricky Treats.
* DECORATIONS FOR YOUR GARRISON! You can now decorate your garrison using Spooky Supplies from the dailies.
And if you missed them the last couple of years, there are three newish cat pets which all cost 150 Tricky Treats each: Feline Familiar, Cursed Birman, and Widget the Departed, and a toy, the Little Wickerman, also for 150 Tricky Treats.
Sack of Spectral Spiders toy note: Note that right now, you can only loot ONE ITEM from the rare spawned from the Creepy Crawlers once per day, but you can loot her, and if the toy isn't on him, just don't loot anything and wait for him to respawn. If you do loot him and the toy is on him, make sure to loot the toy first because you won't be able to loot anything else! Make sure to turn off auto-loot. Hopefully they will fix this on Tuesday.
