If I'm in a raid, I tend to be pretty tightly wound. A few years ago I had horribly painful TMJ where my jaw couldn't close on one side because my facial muscles were tensing up so much during progression. And that's with people I adore! When I'm dealing with mean people, I can usually control my texts (unless I see someone being mistreated, and then I can't stay quiet), but then whomever has the misfortune to be in nearby or a phone call away gets an earful of my profanity-laced venting ( ... )

Welcome back! You've been gone about as long as I've been around. I sent you a link to our social media thread. I look forward to seeing you in-game!

I dunno, I sometimes rag on people in bgs about their language. But mostly I play with friends I've brought into the game. I'd be better at progression if I had friends who actually played well (I mean, gah, they have me as mentor!). Or if I wasn't thin skinned in LFR/D ( ... )

I'm sorry you're feeling down! Pain certainly colors things. I had sciatica but only for a few months, and I remember how terrible it was. :( I hope your new doctor can help!

I have a hard time keeping track of the non-DotA people in raid, too. I like hearing the banter.

I use few macros for PvE (when I did PvP as unholy in DotH, I made more use of them--gotta reel 'em in with death grip and freeze with chains of ice!). I had a healing one that summoned a ghoul, made a blood pact with it (to heal me), and added Gift of the Nauru for a tiny HoT on top of it. I can't remember which macros my Proudmoore hunter has though (she was the toon I raided on most in the last 6 months of MoP after DotA stopped raiding). As for UI, mine is UGLY! But at least it worked for me. I ended up putting all my combat key binds on the left side of the keyboard so I could have my right hand free for the mouse. I don't think I've raided since late spring though, so my muscle memory isn't there anymore.

Thank you. New doc can't help because of insurance tangles. Good thing we're raiding tonight to I'd probably have a date with a whiskey bottle. Not really. Just this day is so fired.
