I haven't played since the night of our Hallow's End party, but I did spend days breaking my MacBook Pro by trying to install Windows just so I could play a Windows-only game. My partition still isn't large enough, but I can't afford to lose more hours or days when I rely on my computer to work.

IRL I've spent time with my daughter and a few friends. Unpacking continues 2 weeks after moving. Nothing too exciting to report, I think. This last Halloween was the first I spent without my daughter (now 11 years old) in her life, which made me sad. I just stayed home and handed out candy while my dog did her frightened-rumbly-growl at the throngs of Elsas and Annas. Oh, and the highlight of my night:

Trick-or-treater: "You have so many books!! Are you a librarian?!"
Her mom: "Sweetie, most book lovers aren't..."
Me: "Actually, I'm studying to be a librarian."
Trick-or-treater: "See?! That's super hero cool!!!"

I wonder if this kid is up for adoption? 💝

In game I mostly took lowbies to candy buckets (yay for dual boxing). I was frustrated that you couldn't get to 450 candies without being max level and doing the HH daily. But my DotH warrior did get from 81-89 on candy buckets, which was kinda cool. This week my health is challenging me and my goal is one toon thru DMF a day (those tamers, y'know).

IRL I'm settling in being home from the Parliament of the Worlds Religions. Still integrating all the amazing experiences. My Samhain was very quiet and I turned off the lights and pretended not to be home on Halloween. I'm glad I got to raid Friday. Looking forward to virtual BlizzCon.
