Blacksmithing - Whew!!

While blacksmithing hasn't been a problem for me, the largest issue is getting enough materials to craft the various items. I've been working on it, and am now up to 260/300 Blacksmithing (I'm right about there, maybe a bit higher) and 286/300 Mining.

Oh! I just recently finished leveling up Ortensia' blacksmithing and it was quite the journey.

Are you looking for a particular armor piece by becoming an armorsmith? Whenever you reach 440 BS, you can make both the Titansteel armor AND weapons, so you don't have to be an armorsmith to craft the Titansteel armor. It would spare you a lot of time if you skipped over the long quest to become an armorsmith, unless you are indeed looking for armor only crafted be an armorsmith.

A friend had suggested that I go the route of Armorsmith, so I chose that path. I just finished the quest chains though, which also leveled my mining and my blacksmithing.

Mining is now over 300 and I'm able to do stuff in Outland. The blacksmithing I need to focus on, get more mithril bars and just start mass-producing things. :)

Awesome! I didn't have the patience to even try the quests, so more ower to you, haha. :)

And awesome! Too bad we're not on the same server. I have a ton of Saronite I don't need but don't want to get rid of just in case a friend ever needs me to make gear for them or something like that. I'd totally lend you a bunch! Share the wealth. :D

Aww thanks! =) It took a lot of farming trips, and a couple buying from the AH (even though it was expensive, I wanted to finish those quests lol). Farming can be so boring, but I don't mind it sometimes. I just feel like I've been farming FOREVER lol.

I'm so looking forward to the new patch when it allows us to make DKs anywhere. I like the DKs, and it'll let me go on any server and not have to start at level 1 lol.
