you gotta remember that the kid is just KID and shouldnt be punished for the rest of his life for somethin stupid he did when he is 16 years old... Im sure the thought of what he did to Josie is punishment enough to have somethin like that on ur concious. It was an accidnet and a stupid decision on his part sure but it was an ACCIDENT its not like he purposely tried to injure her

He was drunk and his being charged for something and I hear he's going to be spending a lot of time in jail

hes going to court and he could be spending time in jail.. he already had a DUI before this one. plus now he has injured someone.

ok so you guys are all wrong and need to stop spreading all these rumors. you think you all know what happened and whose fault it was, but regardless of whose fault it was, josie is still in the hospitol and there is nothing we can change about that. so stop arguing about who did what and what you think is the right story, cause thats not even whats important. AND STOP SPREADING RUMORS.
