hey derrick,
so one of my room mate had a mental break down and is moving out today. The apartment will soon be having an opening at the end of february if you are still thinking about moving down here. Its completely up to you, but if you want to start looking for a job down here. It would be cool and the room that is opening up has a closet and is much bigger.
