3,000m = 1.82 miles

I was a little disappointed, really when I'd converted the distance, but I have to keep telling myself that it'll be ok. I only need 200% more to make it to 10K. Har.

Notes:

1) Poland, your team kinda sucked. Yay Ecuador!

2) Football is somewhat confusing, although at least the basics are easy. Put ball in net.

3) Today was very toasty. My flat desperately needs me to go to Argos for a fan...and some lightbulbs. And another Doctor Who action figure.
