Sorry can't help. I left the city about 14 years. Things must have changed since. Can't help but notice your eloquence in russian "высокооплачиваемыми туристами". Generally peaps in England are more "высокооплачиваемы" then their counterparts in Russia :)

Generally -- может быть. Но в Москве сейчас слишком много мест, куда средне-оплачиваемый англичанин, не утративший ума, просто не пойдёт, потому что это безумие -- платить столько, сколько за это хотят в Москве, в то время, как высокооплачиваемые Москвичи туда ходят.

Ben, I just found fun link - http://altertravel.ru/ - it's an alternative guide within Moscow and arownd about non-trivial places. I'm not sure how good it's for this type of tourist, but I belive it can help.
