Figuring Shep would get irked by the homework assignment that Professor Jerusalem so helpfully posted for the entire frelling world, Beka had decided she'd keep an eye on him. Make sure there was no retaliation forthcoming.

She lost him for awhile, maybe got a bit distracted by taunting a certain Snake into submission, but went to his room to see if he was there. She didn't exactly expect to find Cam, and thought maybe she should leave. But then she overheard Cam defending her again.

Uncertain, she waited outside the door. Trying not to listen, and feeling really awfully guilty that Cam keeps having to defend her, though absurdly pleased that he's willing to.

((OOC - I'll leave it to Cam-mun to let me know if Beka should come in or not. Plot may or may not be afoot, and so far she hasn't heard anything too awful.))
