Shep was bored. Bored, bored, bored. Classes were wrapping up - he'd even gotten his Linguistics final, taken it and emailed it back. It wasn't that hard.

So now he's in the common room watching Jeopardy and hoping someone would come entertain him.

Yeah, it was pretty easy. Just a some general theory questions and a little bit of Alcorn Translations. No biggy.

If things work out well, I may be able to send a few quick notes while I'm gone, but that will depend on a lot of factors lining up. So if I seem to have been sucked up off the face of the Earth, I have. don't worry. If you want, you can email me, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can, but I know I'll be gone at least a week.

OMG, I'm still here... we were going to be done by 5 come hell or high water. It's now after 6 and we're not even wrapping up. I was done at 4:30 in the Monday's class and I'm still flipping here!

Cool. You're pretty cool with not asking questions I'm not supposed to answer... which of course just makes me want to tell you even more. But I appreciate it. Don't think I don't.

6:08 and counting. And I have at least an hour's worth of stuff I have to do at home - not to mention the 45 minute to hour commute to GET home - before I can get on-line tonight... which at this rate means I won't be getting on when I get home tonight.
