Things are now stabilizing again. There are still the occasional things that place stress on my monetary situation, but they are being brought under control for the sake of my more important interests, which now include HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts). The German art behind using the deadly longsword. I've been studying it for a few months

i'm happy you've found NYHFA. as you said, it was the kind of group you've been searching for. i've been there enough times with you to enjoy the classes and develop an appreciation for the folks that run the show. maybe i'll officially join one day, but for now i'm not as into it as you are. still, i support the whole thing. i know how much you love your swords and the art of blade combat.
