In my defence, I wasn't even old enough to see it until just a few years ago (I'm 21 now), and I'm just not much of a film buff. One night a little while ago, I saw it on On Demand and I'd heard it was quite good, so I thought, "Hm, why not? Have you read "Somebody New"? One of my favorites for sure.
Its a long one (27 chapters) but well worth your time! And yes, if I remember correctly discretion is advised.

Well that's great! When you're done, Jenna continued to write about her version of Jack and Ennis in Force of Nature, in three parts: Earthquake, Storm, and Fire (this part un-finshed, so far), as well as two short stories, Joy in the World and Christmas is for Families. All of these are at her Archive of Our Own page:
