dylan, wtf is going on. why are you with someone who would do that to you? what got you mad enough to where she could conceive of deeming it assault? what is with this "given up my innocence" thing as though it's a choice? i'm very unclear on what is happening to you.

I was mad, but not to any extreme extent. She is a junkie bitch. She simply was not at all happy that I had broken it off and made up a story to tell the cops. Thusly, I was arrested on complete bullshit. I'm worried about whats going to happen in court, but not overly so. She made the enormous mistake of bragging about what she did to Brendan, who is going to testify against her. Also, I was never read my miranda rights when I was arrested, so it shouldn't even come to more than that. That should be enough. But, in the event that it DOESN'T end there, I have a very strong case with multiple people who have volunteered to come and act as character witnesses. I didn't KNOW how bad she was until now. Up until this she had been mildy grumpy at times, but she just flew off the handle. At any rate, I woke the fuck up and cut off contact with her, and have no plans of resuming contact at any point in the future.

In closing, who is an idiot? This guy.
