My night last night.
1am - get ready for, and go to bed.
1:55 - not sure what woke me up, but something did,
2:15 - Erik has a nasty coughing fit. It takes me 45 minutes on "soother duty" to get him settled again.
3:30 - Anna crawls into bed with me. She wants to chat and hang out, but after a half hour, I convince her to sleep again.

Party time!
Anna's birthday party went off without a hitch :D
It was a busy day. I got to sleep until 7, and then up and going. Anna went to Allyson's for 10:30 while Bryan and I went as got party supplies (food and the helium balloons, if gotten the rest with Amanda's help earlier in the week), then it was getting ready time!

Happy day
I had a busy day today. First, I brought Erik into the shower with me, all alone. Usually I have Bryan in the washroom to give a hand if I do this, but he was busy and we both needed a good scrubbing down. It actually worked better than I'd thought. Bryan and I have now implemented a new rewards program at home for Anna. Beads. We wrote up a list of things she's responsible for (nothing complex, she's not eve 4 yet), and every time she successfully completes something on the list, she gains a bead.
ie: going potty on the toilet = 1 bead.

I'm done my antibiotics!! Yaaaaay!!! I can honestly say, I hope I never ever ever have to take Tetracycline again! Wow, they suuuuck! Side effects include, but aren't limited to, nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, diarriah (sp?) .... -_- not fun times! But, they seem to have done the job, and after 10 days of them, I'm in the mend. No new ( Read more... ) -

I have a busy end of the week/weekend ahead.
Friday is the Samhain ritual. I'll be doing some cooking/baking for that before I go. I'm going to attempt taking BOTH children, so this should be interesting :)

Alright. This is a hot topic for a lot of people, and in no way am I going to be dragged into an argument if someone disagrees with me. But holy crap I can't stand the outrageous scare tactics used to try and get people to stop getting vaccinated >:(

Ah, the saga continues :P my abscesses are coming along well, and the antibiotics seem to be working finally. Yaaaay! :D The problem I'm having now is that I have a sensitivity to the glue used on stickers and bandages, so the area all around the wounds is swollen, red, and HOLYSHITITCHY!!!
