I sort of got into some other fandoms and didn't think about James as much anymore although I subscribe to Jasmin/Patricia on Facebook and Ghost of the Robot on Tumblr so have occasional glimpses of him.
I realize that what I miss, more than him, is your reaction to him, your love and admiration was one of the best parts of being in that fandom.
I'm not off it, still has a special place in my heart and I have my two wee cats called Drew and Spyke, but the best story wasn't the eps but how you needed him and he was there. You've been good for each other and it's the best thing about fandom when that can happen.
Did you ever find out if he got the wedding quilt that you sent?
