The death of a game...

Sep 09, 2002 22:17

my campaign is dead. I mourn. Maybe in a few months I'll start something else. And the horrible trend in my campaigns continues... I really thought this one might work... lots of seasoned gamers... they're just too busy for gaming now... some of them with work, others with other games... what a contrast to my high of earlier today.

Where do you play? I have a group (5-6 on any given night) playing 2nd Edition every Thursday in Fargo...

Well, at the moment, I play with several groups, 3 nights week currently. Mostly at a friend's apartment, and at Concordia on Thursday nights, I'm in a 3rd edition Ravenloft...
Been a while since my camaign fell apart, doesn't take long to find new people to play with if you know where to look:)

Well, I don't know where to look. :D

If you don't mind my asking, where do you play at concordia and is it a public game that I could watch sometime? We're always looking for more people who want to play, and I'd love to be playing more than once a week. I don't know about 3rd edition, it seems so dumbed down that its not as much fun, but I guess its all about how good the DM is.

We play on Thursdays in the Brown Lounge on Concordia campus, and sure, you could come watch. Other than that, I play at a friend's apartment, so I don't know that they'd be so inclined. Concordia Gaming Club also meets on Thursday nights, at 7:30 in Bishop Whipple room 49. If you're looking for a group, there may be some people with openings there:)
