[ Meiling storms outside at the sound of the roaring engine, but stops before she's halfway across the stone path to the front lawn. The first car, one of the red ones that all the "killers" received, lies in ruins, and it looks like the second one is up next.

See, once she got home from Port West, Meiling ripped the plates off of both of their new "prizes" and parked them just off of the curb so that people might not think they belong to this house.

So when she yells out, it's not with anger, but with pure surprise. How convenient. ]
