For me, nothing takes priority over the safety of the people.

I don't think we've formally met.

I'm Major General Olivier Mira Armstrong, of Amestris, commander of the northern border defense fortress.

Before, America had spoken of setting up points of contact and watchers for each street. You were also involved in this effort, correct?

I was. I took on the task of strategic planning, along with Fate Testarossa.

So you're missing someone now.

We should discuss this in person.

Something basic shouldn't be too hard to make if you can't find it in stores.

Especially if you don't want any of the frills... a black one piece would be simple enough.

Wouldn't black wash me out too much?

You may. Though I was not present during the election itself, I have compiled a report I believe to be accurate.

You are working separately from Ichabod Crane?

I knew you would have. You've been incredibly helpful thus far.

We are both taking our own approaches.

Ah.

Do you wish to hear the information now, or do you prefer a written account?

Whichever is more convenient for you.

Sounds good. I think I've found a decent training site, too. Something away from the drones.

...I haven't managed to secure music. When you advertise for the event, try to get something started. I'll ask people I know as well.

Where is this training site?

[TWITCH. Don't ask him about music, okay, it's kinda a sore point.] Music's for sissies. I don't know anyone who can play instruments, and even if I did, I definitely wouldn't invite that weakling to my awesome party! And I don't think it's even possible to move a piano outdoors, anyway.

The idiots in charge here realized how awesome I am and put me in command of the - [some rustling of paper] - "football team". No idea what that is, but it means that I have control over the stadium.

No need to be defensive. We can get a radio, perhaps.

[She sounds genuinely excited about the latter part.] ...The stadium. Perfect. Well done.

Just wear pants and a shirt. Does anyone really care?

That's grossly uncomfortable.

It doesn't have floral patterns, frills, or bows. Why the sudden interest?

Jecht built a beach, but it sucks. I'm going to go help him fix it.
