I love what the shinyshiny turned out to be--bond gift. Interesting concept, and it sounds very beautiful, to boot.

the shinyshiny wasn't planned at all, it crept up on me in the last chapter, and then I had to decide what it actually was.

The original idea was a hair clip or something else of Dawn's, but I think the box is a better choice, because it allows me to tie in more of the back story with the storyline.

I love how writing does that to you. Sometimes it's like the plot is unfolding before your eyes, like you as the writer aren't even controlling it. That's when you know the fic is good. :)

I am *very* interested in the back story. I hope we get several flashback scenes. *bats eyelashes pleadingly* :)
