Prompt #1: End of the First Round!
Hello to everyone! The first round of write_and_run is officially over! Thank you to all the members who signed up and participated in the first prompt! We look forward to seeing more fics from you in the future.
Now it's the readers turn. All readers are encouraged to read all entries and review them. The participants have worked hard in writing their entries and it would be greatly appreciated to reward them with feedbacks. If you need any assistance in the point-system, copy the code below to fill in your review.
Character Interpretation: 10 points for each character (who is included in the prompt) that remains in character. Look for habits, mannerisms, ways of speaking, etc. If you think the writer did a great job, reward them appropriately. Depending on how many characters are included in the prompt (not the fic), the total points may vary each round. Grammar/Spelling: 10 points for a story that was properly revised and edited. Story Flow: Maximum of 20 points. This one depends on how well you, the reader, think the story was written. Is it easy to understand, did you get confused at some parts? Give points based on your own opinion and explain what could have been improved or what you enjoyed the most about it. Prompt Usage: 15 points max. Was the prompt used in a unique, but still understandable way? Then award them full points! Again, this will be based on personal opinion and should be explained to the writer. Originality: 15 points max. Cliches used in unexpected ways? A pairing written so well it made you consider it for the first time in a serious light? Give credit where credit is due with these points! Bonus: An automatic 10 points for anyone who uses the bonus guidelines. TOTAL: Out of 80 points for the first round.
Participants of the first round are also welcome to leave feedback on other participants' entries. There's nothing better than friendly rivalry!

The deadline to submit reviews will be on Saturday, 28th May 2011 at 6PM PST. The winner of the first round will be posted up along with the next prompt for round 2, three hours later at 9PM.
This, however, does not mean that after the review deadline, a reader can not still read and review the entry. Readers may read any fic of their choosing whenever they wish and may even leave a feedback with the point-system code above, but if the review was submitted after the deadline, the points will not count. That is all.
