What is write_and_run?
Write-and-Run is a community that hosts Katekyo Hitman Reborn! fanfiction contests every three weeks.
How do you sign up to participate?
When a prompt is posted up, it is the start of a new round. Participants who wish the join in the round will have to comment on the prompt post and state that they wish to enter.
Must participants participate in every prompt round?
No, participants are able to join in whatever prompt round they wish to as we'd like to keep this community as free and fun as possible.
This means that, for example, if you participated in prompt #1 but don't like prompt #2, you don't have to write an entry for the second prompt. If you happen to like prompt #3 and wish to participate even if you didn't do so for prompt #2, you are allowed to join in. Just sign up for that round and you'll be enlisted as a participant.
How many weeks are participants given to write?
Participants are given two weeks to submit their entries for the prompt of that round. Readers will then be given a week to read the entries and review them, ending their comments with the number of points they think should be given.
How are the points decided by the readers?
Readers must read all entries and review them, giving out points when necessary. Points are given out for character interpretation, grammar/spelling, story flow, prompt usage, originality, and whether or not the bonus guidelines were included in the entry. What is the format used when posting an entry?
Participants are required to follow this format when posting their entries for the contest:

You may add other things such as genres, summaries, etc. Just make sure to include the essentials above.
