I can't believe it's October 28th already. This month has absolutely flown by... it's kind of surreal that it's already the end of the month. Usually I'd have a Halloween fic ready to be posted but not sure if I'll be able to do that this year. I really hope the doctor is able to recommend something for you so that you're not constantly in pain from working. That must be miserable!

My sister joined the Air Force a few years ago as a way to pay for medical school. She absolutely loves it, but be aware that the physical demands for officer's training are BRUTAL. You will definitely need to get your wrists straightened out if you decide to take that route!

He referred me to a surgeon because my carpal tunnel is "resistant to all forms of treatment." I'm calling the office tomorrow because it's been over a week and the surgeon has yet to call me. Turned my notice in at work on Sunday as well. I'd rather be unemployed for a couple months or so and work on my hands than make them worse.

Oh she did? My ex brother-in-law nearly did that to pay for medical school as well though he never went through it. I'm glad your sister is happy. Brutal sounds ominous. Definitely so!
