Well... obviously my "I'm back!" entry from November turned out to be inaccurate. My writing drive had returned, though it soon waned again aside from answering RP and writing partial scenes in my notebook. Well, it must have been frustrating to hear your pain wasn't due to what you thought it was. On the other hand, it's good that you are finally getting some answers. (I've had clients who've had nerve conduction studies, and they all talk about how painful they are!) I hope the psychiatrist you're seeing is able to help you work through the depression, and that the career counselor is able to give you some concrete advice.

It was :( It was a rough and very emotional couple of weeks, but as you said I finally have the right answer for what's been going on with me. (Thankfully it wasn't agonizing or anything to that extent. It definitely wasn't a pleasant experience though!) I'm hoping so too. And thanks :)

You are lucky you had an honest doctor who was willing to point you in the right direction! I'm so very glad you're taking steps to deal with it! I wish you a complete healing, physically and mentally!

I really wasn't happy when he said he thought depression was behind this, but now I'm very glad that he was honest. And was a doctor who actually understands the impact mental illness can have on the body.

My hands have actually been feeling a LOT better now. The biggest challenge for me has been getting over my mental blocks... like trying not to strain them. Thank you! And I wish the same for you
